Reservation Information: Duty on orders may make reservations 180 days prior to arrival. Orders must be presented upon arrival. Unofficial visitors may make reservations seven days prior to check-in for Fri-Sun. Reservations will not be made for persons on leisure wanting to stay Mon-Thu. Rooms are available Mon-Thu on a Space-A/walk-in basis after 1800 hours and may be extended by the reservations office. Room extensions should be performed and executed daily before check-out time (1100 hours) for those staying Mon-Thu on a Space-A basis. Credit card required to guarantee reservations. Guaranteed reservations required for guests arriving after 1800 hours. All non-guaranteed reservations will be cancelled at 1800 hours.

Office Hours: 0800-1200 hours and 1300-1700 hours Mon-Fri; closed weekends and U.S. holidays.

Eligibility: AD, NG, Res, Ret, and their dependents; DoD-Civ, DoD-Civ Ret, and their dependents. All guests must possess a valid military ID card. Government civilian employees on orders are welcome as well.

Handicap: Designated Handicap accessible hotel rooms available.

Pet Policy: Pets are accepted in pet-friendly rooms. Limited quantity. A one-time non-refundable deep cleaning fee of $30 applies, plus $3 per pet per day. Maximum of two pets per room, or two pets per set of adjoining rooms.

Things To Do: The Wiesbaden Lodge is conveniently located close to historical downtown Wiesbaden. Hainerberg Shopping Center is 5 min. walk away. In about 20 min by foot you are in the city center, also within walking distance of wonderful architectural and cultural treasures since Wiesbaden took only little damage during WWII.
