This week’s Featured Military Camping facility is the Medicine Creek RV Park at Fort Sill in Oklahoma! This camping facility accepts reservations from Active Duty service members, National Guard service members, reservists, retirees and dependents. All other eligibility categories may contact the facility for further information.
Facilities at the Medicine Creek RV Park include eight shaded RV sites with full hookups. Six sites have 50 amp hookups; two have 30 amp. Campsites also feature picnic tables and barbeques. Rates start at $25 daily. Three primitive RV sites with no hookups are also available. Tent camping is not permitted at this facility.
This camping facility is a perfect stop for rest during a longer trip, thanks to its’ quiet location and nearby amenities! Campers will find an exchange and base theater just a short drive from the campsite. A creek runs through the park, which is seasonally stocked with fish and available for fishing. Perfect for relaxing between portions of a cross-country adventure!
