This week's featured Military camping facility is the Twilight Dunes RV Park at Twentynine Palms Marine Corps Combat Center in California. It's located in southern California, near Joshua Tree National Park and 2.5 hours east of Los Angeles.
Twilight Dunes RV Park has 83 spaces available, and also has carports and barns. Sites come equipped with hook ups for electricity, water, sewer, phone, and cable tv. Pets are welcome! Amenities nearby include an MCX Marine mart, a commissary, and a laundry facility at the Inns of the Corps.
Things to do in the area include Sky's The Limit Observatory and Nature Center, Joshua Tree National Park, Tortoise Rock Casino, Glass Outhouse Art Gallery, and more.
