"CHANNEL ISLANDS AIR NATIONAL GUARD STATION, Calif. -- A Modular Airborne Fire Fighting System equipped C-130E Hercules from the 146th Airlift Wing, California Air National Guard, here is reloaded with Phoschek fire retardant to be dropped on the Simi Fire in Southern California on Oct. 28, 2003.
